Just because you want to eat healthily it does not mean that you have to radically change your diet in order to be able to lose weight. Obviously the less fat and sweets that you eat then the easier it will be to lose the pounds. But there is a way to lose weight without having to undergo massive changes, but it may just take slightly longer.

A lot of people like to add mayo to their sandwiches when they have a snack but you could swap your mayo for something a little healthier such as Mustard, You could also use other substitutes such as avocado or hummus.

Another thing that you could take out of the equation is cheese. Instead of using cheese on sandwiches try to swap it for some vegetables instead. If you feel that you cannot do without your cheese then why not try cheese that is unprocessed instead of the usual pasteurized variety.

One thing that you could try to do is to eat more fishy meals. Fish is very high in proteins and it does not matter whether you eat fresh salmon, or Tuna or even Tuna that comes in a can as they are all good for you. These fish contain Omega fatty acids which is great for breaking down the fat and helping your skin.

White meat such as Chicken is loved by most people and many decide to deep fry it because of the lovely taste. Deep fried food is definitely not good for you so why not try to grill it instead.

Any type of carbonated drinks such as Coke or 7 up are not too good for you either, even the diet ones are still not very healthy. If you really need to drink something that is carbonated why not try Seltzer as it is much better for you.

You could start the day as you mean to go on with having Greek yogurt for your breakfast. The beauty of this product is that it has little or no fat and is full of healthy fruit.
